In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "plusph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to plusph Casino, the operator of the website located at plusph.xyz and all associated services, platforms, and applications.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the plusph Casino platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the plusph platform.
- "Services" means all gaming products, features, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and any other services made available through the plusph platform.

To be eligible to register and use the plusph Casino platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations.
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Services.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.

plusph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
To access real-money gaming Services on plusph, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:
- One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the plusph platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account verification: plusph may require you to verify your identity (KYC) before activating your Account, processing withdrawals, or granting access to certain features. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license) and proof of address.
- Account currency: All Accounts on plusph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
- Registration is free: There is no fee charged by plusph for creating an Account.
Note on Duplicate Accounts: If plusph identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at plusph's sole discretion after investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your plusph Account and update it regularly.
- You must notify plusph's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.

plusph employs industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time fraud monitoring to protect your Account. However, plusph cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

- Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to KYC verification.
- plusph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 8.
- plusph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account. Contact customer support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
- plusph reserves the right to impose transaction limits, delay processing, or request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers our anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems.
All games available on the plusph Casino platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general terms apply to all gaming activity:
- All games on plusph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must notify plusph customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. All disputes are subject to review of server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of game outcomes.
plusph Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. plusph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to Players who have self-excluded or whose Accounts are under review.
- One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.
- Game contribution: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
- Withdrawal of real-money funds: Where a Player holds both real-money Funds and Bonus Funds, real-money Funds are used first for wagering unless otherwise specified.
- Abuse: plusph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Services.
- Creating or operating more than one Account on the plusph platform.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to plusph immediately.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward plusph staff or other Players.
- Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
All content on the plusph Casino platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of plusph Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from plusph.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
- Use any plusph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
Any unauthorized use of plusph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by plusph Casino.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph Casino's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
plusph Casino shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
- Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond plusph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
- Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit. plusph Casino does not guarantee any winnings. You participate in all games entirely at your own risk.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting plusph customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.
- plusph-initiated suspension or closure: plusph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (e) any other conduct that plusph reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or the integrity of the Services.
- Effect of termination: Upon Account closure, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure. Real-money Funds will be returned subject to the conditions above.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
plusph Casino operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
plusph Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to material amendments:
